Reiki
REIKI is a very gentle, subtle form of energy healing that uses either hands-on healing or no touch to share the Reiki energy with the client. The transfer of energy can be both in-person or vitually as the intention of energy flows where it's placed. Distance healing is quite remarkable and makes Reiki accessible to those that can't make an in-person session.
The practitioner taps into the Universal Life Force energy that is Reiki. - "Re" meaning and 'Ki" meaning energy, or prana, or chi- however you name that energy body, we all have a vital life-force and Reiki facilitates and in many cases speeds up the necessary healing.
The light and bright energy of Reiki is extremely relaxing and aids in many health benefits such as
- decreasing stress
- relieving pain and tensions
- decreases anxiety
- supports mental health unbalances such as depression, ADD, OCD,
- may help physical symptons such as nausea, headaches, sleeipng disorders
- enhanes your over all quality of life and vitality
The modality was created by Buddhist, Mikao Usui in in Japan. The Japanese Reiki healer received a download from Spirit after a 21-day fast with specific symbols and hand positions to help heal. After this experience he began healing people in his village and shared the modality with a few students. Reiki was introduced in the U.S. in 1938, when the Grand Master Teacher, she is sometimes referred to, Hawayo Takato, began learning and teaching. The lineage is ever expanding today!

Reiki Level One
Reiki is the Japanese name for Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is a versatile, subtle, natural and beautiful energy healing modality. Reiki can be used to bring comfort and ease to people and animals, facilitating physical, mental and emotional well-being.
The First Degree of Reiki Course content:
- The History of Usui Reiki
- The Reiki Principles
- The Energy Body and Chakras
- Self-Healing with Reiki
- Healing others: Reiki Hand Positions
- Reiki Practice – practical work
- Ethics
- Reiki Attunement
Upon completing this course, you will have received training material, and practical experience in practicing Reiki Healing for yourself and others, you will be attuned to Reiki and will receive a Reiki 1 Certificate.

Reiki Level Two
The Second Degree of Reiki Course Content:
- Receive the 3 Reiki healing symbols. These symbols enable you to deepen your healing practice.
- Learn Distance Healing symbols and practical application enabling you to send healing energy to people and events away from you.
- Receiving Reiki 2 Attunement – opening up the Chakras further, enabling you to access a higher frequency of Reiki energy
Upon completing this course, you will have received training material, you will have received the Reiki 2 symbols, gained some practical experience in practicing distance healing, you will be attuned to Reiki 2 level and will receive a Reiki 2 Certificate.

Reiki Master Level
During the Master level of Reiki class you will receive four attunements throughout the day, heightening your connection to Reiki and to the Reiki lineage. This class is designed for those Reiki Practitioners who have received Reiki 1 & 2 Attunements, and wish to deepen into their Spiritual journey of Reiki Healing.
We will explore the Reiki Master symbol, and learn how to use it. This will be a high vibrational day, where you will practice going inward, connecting more deeply with your intention as a Reiki practitioner, and learn how to apply your deepening Spiritual opening in practical ways. This is a unique opportunity to commit to and enter into the Reiki master lineage.
This class is limited to 6 Reiki Masters and is in-person.
You will receive a hard copy of the Reiki Master Practitioner Manual during the class.
