What to expect: A two hour ceremonial journey into the heart of awareness. We begin by creating a sacred ritual space to invite communion with Spirit. Sacred shamanic drumming opens the portal of the energetic heart, connecting us with the Soul and preparing us for a healing journey through Trance Mediumship.
What to bring: a yoga mat (optional), water, wear comfortable clothing, a journal and writing implement.

Each session presents the opportunity to explore mind, body and spirit, through Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), Mudra (Yogic hand gestures) and Mantra (chanting) from a South Asian mythic lens.

Gemma approaches energy work with a rare blend of heart and intuition. She has a passion for seeking knowledge, particularly through research and deep inquiry, which are skills she cultivated during the course of her career as a lawyer. After becoming a mother to two daughters, Gemma was inspired to seek out holistic healing modalities to support her personal growth and balance the demands of family life and a corporate career.
Gemma is known for her nurturing presence and the sense of calm she brings to her sessions. She creates sacred, safe spaces infused with maternal love and support, empowering others to explore their inner landscapes and embody more self-love, freedom, and harmony.
